NGHL DAWG DAZE OF SUMMER 2026

NGHL Dawg Daze of Summer ignites the 2026–27 season for the 14U, 16U, and 19U AAA divisions, bringing together elite teams from across the U.S. and Canada for a high-energy weekend packed with top-tier girls’ hockey and major college exposure.

DAWG DAZE OF SUMMER INVITATIONAL

• Date: August 28-30, 2026
• Divisions: 14U, 16U, 19U
• Event: All NGHL events have a 5-game guarantee and are USA Hockey-sanctioned.
• Location: 
  • Champions Skating Center, 6 Progress Dr, Cromwell, CT 06416 | 14U & 16U
  • Newington Ice Arena, 300 Alumni Road, Newington, CT | 14U & 16U
  • Northford Ice Pavilion, 24 Fire-Lite Pl, Northford, CT; L. Astorino Ice Arena,  595 Mix Ave, Hamden, CT | 16U & 19U

REGISTRATION

• To compete in an NGHL tournament, teams must receive consent.
• Is your team from Canada? Contact us at info@nghlhockey.com for an exchange rate discount before registering. 

All teams must receive prior approval to compete in an NGHL event. Registration does not guarantee acceptance. Teams will be reviewed and must be approved before being officially admitted into the tournament.

PAYMENT

• A deposit of $500 is due upon registration to reserve your spot (Balance due 60 days before event.)
  • Full payment must be received 60 days before the event.
    Online: While completing registration for an event, teams have the option to pay in full by using a credit card or sending payment in the mail by check. Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. In the event of requiring a refund, processing fees will not be refunded.
    Check: Check must be made out to “National Girls Hockey League” 

NGHL HOTEL POLICY  A condition of being accepted into an NGHL event is that ALL teams (local or traveling) who require accommodation MUST book rooms through the NGHL. No other rates (including corporate/ AAA/government rates), discounts, or hotel reward points, regardless of how acquired, will be allowed. Read the NGHL Hotel Policy

NGHL NCAA Clinic, August 27, 2026

With a strong lineup of Division I and Division III programs right in the region, the excitement builds even before puck drop—NCAA coaches are on the ice for our pre-Dawg Daze Clinic (August 27), and players are strongly encouraged to turn the weekend into a full recruiting experience by exploring nearby campuses and making every moment in the Northeast count.
